Tape customers in the continental United States may select from three methods of shipment. United Parcel Service and U.S. Postal Service First Class customers should allow ten days to two weeks for delivery, while tapes shipped Book Rate may take three to six weeks. If an item must be backordered, we will notify you.

To calculate shipping charges, please count the total number of tapes being ordered (not the number of series or number of albums). Check the type of shipping preferred and include total shipping charges at the top of the order form. If you use this catalog to order tapes along with a book order from Trinity Book Service, the total dollar value of the tape order should be used to calculate shipping charges. Trinity Book Service book orders in the U.S. are normally shipped via UPS.
